Ben Burns is 26-11 the past four Saturdays; this is the BIGGEST of them all. That’s because Ben’s 2021 COLLEGE GAME OF THE YEAR has arrived. This play has a history of success. Last year, we had to wait for Dec 12 for Ben’s BIGGEST college bet. It resulted in a BLOWOUT WINNER with V-Tech.
Texans – Titans preview and analysis
Even without the best running back in the league, the Tennessee Titans still find ways to win.
Prediction
A lot has changed the last time these teams met. Deshaun Watson was the Texans’ starting quarterback and fell short 41-38. The last time they faced off in Nashville, the Titans put up 42 on the Houston defense and gave up 36 to Houston. Safe to say given the offense’s limitations, the Texans won’t be doing that.

The Texans are 7-14 ATS in road games over the past three seasons and 1-4 this season.

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans Predictions
Tennessee is on pace to be the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC. Despite the loss of Derrick Henry, the Titans have continued to win games, knocking off the Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints since his potentially season-ending foot injury.
Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans Betting Conclusion
Tennessee is in a bad spot here. Houston is one of the worst teams in the NFL, but the Titans are missing a lot of their best players and might be looking ahead to next week’s clash with New England. The Texans should keep this close throughout the full 60 minutes.
Tennessee (12-4) at Houston (4-12)
1. Titans still have something to play for
Tennessee still has plenty to play for after locking up their second straight AFC South title. The Titans are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC, but that spot is far from solidified. In order to keep the conference’s top spot going into the postseason, the answer is simple — beat the Houston Texans.
Final Analysis
There is absolutely no reason the Titans should lose this game. They are significantly better in all three phases compared to the Texans. Yes, this is the same Tennessee team that lost to Houston, at home, earlier this season. But this time it’s different. Keep it simple, play smart, get to the quarterback, don’t turn the ball over.

Gregg Rosenthal: Titans 28, Texans 16 – “The Texans beat the Titans convincingly when Tennessee’s roster was at a low point in availability. While the Texans have improved since then, too, the Titans are treating Sunday like a playoff game. It’s simple: Beat the brakes off Houston and automatically advance to the Divisional Round as the AFC’s No.
Sporting News
Vinnie Iyer: Titans 24, Texans 14 – “The Titans haven’t changed their identity without Derrick Henry. They are a little less explosive, but they are an excellent, physical run-heavy team with a defense that stays relentless and is getting more help from a maligned secondary.
Why Houston Texans Will Win
Can Tennessee really do that again? It managed to be razor-sharp in its win over Buffalo after barley practicing the week before, but the running game was just okay, and Ryan Tannehill was fantastic.
Why Tennessee Titans Will Win
Again, Tennessee was fantastic. Derrick Henry was held in relative check by the Bills, and he still came up with two touchdowns. Three turnovers made the game a relative blowout, No one’s doing a whole lot of harping on it, but the Titans are 4-0 and getting better and better as the season goes on.
Fantasy Football Player To Watch
WR Will Fuller, Houston
Whenever the injury-prone Fuller is healthy, you’re honor-bound to start him. Not counting the bizarre disaster against Baltimore in Week 2, Fuller has been targeted an average of 8.5 times per game and scored a TD in three straight weeks.
Three Things to Watch
Defenses have been hyper-focused this season on stopping the NFL’s reigning rushing king, Derrick Henry. After averaging 5.1 yards a carry on just 20.2 attempts per game last season, Henry is now averaging 25 carries per game but is gaining 3.7 yards per rushing attempt.
Final Analysis
After an emotional win on Tuesday night, and after a short week of practice, Sunday feels like the prototypical trap game for Tennessee. But after dismantling one of the best teams in the AFC, it’s hard to see the Titans offense slipping up against such a bad Texans defense.
Money line
Slight “LEAN” to the TEXANS (+340) for a tiny wager because I “like” Houston to cover the spread and think it can steal this game outright. For the record, Texans +9.5 (-103) is my preferred play so if it’s “either/or” then take Houston plus the points.
Against the spread
BET the TEXANS +9.5 (-103) for 1.25 units. Again, do not bet Houston’s money line instead of the spread. Either bet more on the TEXANS +9.5 (-103) or pass on the money line.
